RETURNS

All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages. Merchandise must have all tags, including any ef+facto hangtags, attached. Merchandise must include the original box in its original condition, without postal labels. A 25€/27$ box fee will be imposed if merchandise is returned in a damaged box, or without its original box. Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by ef+facto. Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 business days after we receive your return. In your return you must always include the following: the items(s) you are returning with all of its tags still attached, your printed returns form and a copy of your invoice

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for a different size or item within 14 days of purchase. The item you are exchanging must be delivered to us within 14 days of its delivery to your address. Merchandise must be unworn and free of any alterations or damages. In order to do an exchange you must contact our customer service team at info@effacto.com with the subject EXCHANGE REQUEST. Our representatives can assist you with checking to ensure that your exchange size or item is available, as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and its processed. Items will be processed by our returns department within 10 business das of our receipt.
